About GLOBAI
GLOBAI is a global wire service for the machine-intelligence age. We report what changed, when it changed, and what it costs — in models, research, policy and compute.
We started GLOBAI because coverage of artificial intelligence had split into two registers: press releases repeated at speed, and papers read by almost no one. Neither tells a policymaker what the audit threshold means, or an engineer what the re-based score actually was. A wire service — timestamped, sourced, corrected in public — seemed like the missing instrument.
What we cover
Four desks, one standard. Models tracks releases, system cards and pricing. Research reads the papers and re-runs the numbers where we can. Policy follows the text of the law, not the press conference. Compute counts chips, watts and dollars. Every dispatch carries a UTC timestamp and a named byline; every benchmark figure names its harness.
Standards and corrections
We do not accept payment for coverage, we do not trade access for tone, and we publish corrections at the top of the dispatch they amend. Our full editorial code, funding disclosure and masthead are public. If we got something wrong, write to the desk — a human reads every message.
