14-day money-back guarantee

Every new VeloCMS subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until day 15. If you forget to cancel and get charged by mistake, we will refund that first payment in full within 14 days of the charge — no questions asked.

After the refund window

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window passes, but you can cancel at any time and you won't be billed again. Your blog stays online in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation so you can export or reactivate.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
2. Tell us the invoice number (optional but speeds things up).
3. We'll process the refund via Stripe — it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.
