Plain-English summary

• You keep full ownership of the content you publish on VeloCMS.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the admin billing page.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that host illegal content, spam, or malware. We'll always notify you first except in emergencies.
• Service is provided "as is" — we aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it contractually during the MVP period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
