What this integration does

The Etsy connector authenticates through Etsy's OAuth flow (no API key to paste, no PKCE setup on your end) from Admin → Plugins → Etsy. Once connected, you can import your shop's active listings into VeloCMS as products. On the order side, whenever a VeloCMS order completes, the connector looks for a matching Etsy receipt by buyer email across your most recent 25 receipts, and if it finds one, posts an order note back to that Etsy receipt as a paper trail. Most VeloCMS orders originate on VeloCMS rather than Etsy, so this is a best-effort, outbound-only match — when no receipt matches, it is a documented no-op, never an error. Full two-way order sync (Etsy order → VeloCMS) is not built yet.

Use cases

A handmade-goods seller running both an Etsy shop and a VeloCMS blog imports their Etsy listings once instead of manually re-entering product data. A multi-channel seller who duplicates a listing across Etsy and their own VeloCMS storefront gets a consistent order trail on the Etsy side when a buyer purchases through either channel with the same email.
