What this integration does

The Printify connector in VeloCMS has one main job and one read-only helper. The main job: it listens for afterOrderCreate events and creates a Printify order for every paid physical order. The helper: it can read your Printify catalog and show how many products it holds, which confirms the connection works. It does not create or update products in VeloCMS yet, so you still list your products in VeloCMS yourself. Printify then sends the order to production automatically or waits for your approval, depending on the order approval setting of your Printify store. The connector maps your VeloCMS variants to Printify product and variant IDs, passes the customer's shipping address, and guards against duplicates using both a local fulfillment marker and Printify's own external_id handling. Digital-only orders and orders with incomplete addresses are skipped. It is a one-way flow from VeloCMS to Printify for fulfillment.

Catalog check

Read your Printify catalog from the plugin panel to confirm the connection. Product import into VeloCMS is not available yet.

Auto-fulfill orders

Paid physical orders are sent to Printify with the mapped product and variant IDs and the customer's shipping address.

Replay-safe idempotency

A local fulfillment marker plus Printify's external_id handling prevent duplicate orders on webhook replay.

Where to find it in admin

    Admin → Plugins → Printify. Enter your Printify Personal Access Token and shop ID. The token is encrypted at rest.

    Map variants. Map each VeloCMS variant to a Printify product_id:variant_id pair so paid physical orders can be fulfilled. The Check catalog button confirms your Printify shop is reachable.

A creator who already built a Printify store can list those products in VeloCMS, map the variants once, and start blogging and selling from one platform. A designer who wants to launch a merchandise line can list products in VeloCMS and let Printify handle every shipment. A developer building a client store can set up the variant map once and leave day-to-day fulfillment to Printify.
